Lightford Production Hub

Terms of Use

These terms cover the Lightford Production Hub at kev2block.win — the internal production tool used by Nightink Interactive to run development of Welcome to Lightford. They do not cover the public game website at welcometolightford.com, and they do not cover buying, downloading or playing the game itself, which is governed by Steam and the game's own licence.

What this tool is

The Hub is a private workspace. It holds issues, sprints, a task board, a backlog, a calendar, file attachments, code-review runs against the studio's own repository, and a dashboard of the studio's own social media channels.

There is no public area, no shop, no checkout and no self-service registration. Every page other than these legal pages requires a signed-in, authorised account.

Operator

The Hub is operated by Nightink Interactive GbR. Statutory contact details are in the Impressum. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Access and accounts

Access is by invitation only. Signing in uses Discord, and only Discord accounts on the studio's allowlist — or accounts already present and active in the workspace — are admitted. Everyone else is turned away at an access-denied page. There is no other route in.

  • An administrator can deactivate an account at any time, which ends access immediately.
  • Do not share your session, your device while signed in, or any private feed URL. The calendar feed in particular is authorised by a secret token in the URL — anyone holding that URL can read the calendar, so treat it as a password and regenerate it if it leaks.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

While using the Hub, please do not:

  • interfere with the service, overload it, or try to bypass access controls or role limits;
  • upload malware, or attachments you have no right to distribute;
  • copy studio material out of the Hub for any purpose other than the studio work it was shared for;
  • connect a social account you are not authorised to act for.

Workspace content

Issues, comments, attachments, screenshots, build notes and everything else entered in the Hub are internal studio material belonging to Nightink Interactive or its licensors. Treat the contents as confidential unless the studio has published them elsewhere. Nothing in the Hub is an announcement: plans, dates, features and screenshots recorded here routinely change and are not final until the studio confirms them publicly.

Connected social accounts

The Hub can connect to the studio's own channels on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit and Bluesky in order to display follower counts, view counts, engagement and recent posts in one dashboard.

  • A connection is only ever created by an authorised member completing that platform's own login and consent screen.
  • The Hub requests read-only access. It does not post, comment, delete, follow, message or advertise on your behalf.
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely to refresh the statistics shown in the Hub.
  • You can disconnect a channel at any time under Settings, which deletes its stored credentials. You can additionally revoke access from the platform's own security settings.
  • Your use of each platform stays governed by that platform's terms, not these. If a platform changes or withdraws its API, the corresponding part of the dashboard stops working.

AI code review

The Hub includes an optional code-review feature. When a member starts a review, the selected source code and the review prompt are sent to the configured AI provider for processing. Do not start a review over material you are not permitted to disclose to that provider. The feature is off unless it has been configured and deliberately run.

Availability

The Hub is a self-hosted internal tool. It may change, break, or go offline for maintenance, upgrades or restores without notice. No uptime is promised. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, notwithstanding the automated backups the studio runs.

Liability

Nightink Interactive is responsible for this website under applicable German law. Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.

Applicable law

The Hub is operated from Germany. German law applies, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence take precedence.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the Hub changes. The date below is the current version.
